Working as a key member of the leadership team I oversaw the visual experience of the game, whilst working hand in hand cross-functionally to drive the creative, and ensure we were meeting our business objectives, as well as our players expectations.  As the Art & Experience Director, I collaborated to drive the ideation, concept, delivery and refinement of everything from environments, characters and cinematics to the visual identity, UX & UI, branding and motion graphics.  I was also in charge of the player /user experience for the product, utilizing a design thinking, data informed approach to ensure we were delivering on our players needs and expectations, whilst creating innovative and emotionally engaging experiences.
